Terms of Service

These Terms govern your participation in promotional Question Quests and sweepstakes ("Quests") operated by Blue Blip Tech LLC through its QuestionQuest platform ("we," "us," or "QuestionQuest") on behalf of brand sponsors. By entering a Quest you agree to these Terms.

1. No purchase necessary

Quests are free to play. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to participate. Employees of Blue Blip Tech LLC and the sponsoring brand, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win.

3. How to play and win

Solve the published clues and submit your answer. You get one guess (one per stage in a multi-stage Quest); a wrong answer ends your entry. Everyone who answers correctly is entered into a random draw. When the Quest ends, the stated number of winners is selected at random from all correct entries. We are the sole judge of whether an answer is correct, and the draw and its results are final.

4. Prizes

The prize is as described on the Quest page. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless stated. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. We will contact winners using the email provided; if a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within a reasonable time, the prize may be forfeited.

5. One entry per person

One entry per email address per Quest. Use of bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other automated or fraudulent means to enter or solve is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

6. Your information

To enter you provide your name and email. This information is shared with the Quest's sponsor and used as described in our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to that use.

7. No affiliation / disclaimer

Quests are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Blip Tech LLC and the sponsor are not liable for any damages arising from your participation. We may modify, suspend, or cancel a Quest at any time.
