This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you play a promotional Question Quest ("Quest") operated by Blue Blip Tech LLC through its QuestionQuest platform ("we," "us," or "QuestionQuest"), and how it is used.

1. What we collect

When you enter a Quest we collect the first name, last name, and email address you provide, the time you entered, and whether you solved the Quest. We may also collect basic technical data (such as IP address) to prevent fraud and abuse.

2. How we use it

• To run the Quest, verify answers, and contact winners.
• To prevent bots, duplicate entries, and fraud.
• To provide the entry (your name and email) to the sponsoring brand for that Quest.

3. Sharing with the sponsor

Each Quest is funded by a sponsor. By entering, you agree that your name and email are shared with that Quest's sponsor, who may contact you about their products or services and use your information under their own privacy practices. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

4. Email

We use your email to administer the Quest and notify winners. The sponsor may also email you. You can ask to unsubscribe from a sponsor's communications using the controls in their messages.

5. Retention

We retain entry data for as long as needed to operate the Quest, deliver prizes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing maylin.peterson@bluebliptech.com. Note that the sponsor controls the copy of data shared with them; you may need to contact them separately.
